Cabin 8 is one of our cozy studio cabins on the Big Thompson river! We have four studios nested together in one unit, each with its own private deck that overhangs the water.
Cabin 8 features an open-concept living space with a sleeping nook, a small sitting room with a TV and sofa, a kitchenette, and a dining area for two separated by a low half wall.
This cabin is equipped with a full bath and shower, as well as a queen-sized bed — the perfect getaway for a solitary getaway or a couple’s retreat surrounded by natural beauty.

Each of our studio cabins has a large deck on the river-facing side that is perfect for fishing and sunbathing. We provide picnic tables, deck chairs, and barbecue grills so you can practically live out-of-doors in fine weather. These cabins also join up with our scenic riverwalk — ideal for a romantic stroll or quiet reflection.
Loveland Heights Cottages are just three miles outside the valley community of Estes Park. Venture downtown for dining options and quaint local shops, or take an aerial tramway to the summit of Prospect Mountain! Estes Park is known as the base for Rocky Mountain National Park, and is surrounded by excellent hiking, beautiful drives, and photo opportunities everywhere you turn.

A deposit of one-night’s rate is required to reserve the cabin.
The full balance of your stay is due upon arrival.
Cancellations made a minimum of 15 days in advance will receive a refund, less a $25 service fee.
A fee of $10 per night per person will be added for additional guests.
For family reunions: one adult over the age of 18 must stay in each cabin.

Loveland Heights Cottages in Estes Park, CO, is made up of 22 private acres along the Big Thompson River. Our quiet, rustic grounds are covered in mature pine and aspen trees that offer their shade in summer and contribute to that “away from it all” atmosphere.
Our oldest cabin was built all the way back in 1898, with the rest being added here and there along the way. We now have one-, two- and three-bedroom rental options starting as low as $115/night — one of the best values you’ll find in the Rocky Mountains.
