Each private bedroom at Cabin 2 has a queen-sized bed — linens provided — as well as built-in clothes storage so you can unpack and make yourselves at home.
The shared living spaces include one full bath and an open-concept great room with a furnished kitchen, dining area and sitting room. There is room for one guest to sleep on the sofa.
Cabin 2 is settled on its own grassy lawn space with tall trees for privacy. A large sun deck on the river-facing side overhangs the water — perfect for barbecues on our grill and picnic tables!
Cast a line into the Big Thomas River, right from your back deck! Cabin 2 has one of our largest decks, at 20-by-20-feet, and it gets full sun in the afternoon — perfect for soaking in the rays. Relax to the sound of the river, and be transported away from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Treat yourself and your family to a memorable, old-fashioned getaway near the mountains.
Loveland Heights Cottages makes the most of our idyllic spot on the riverbank. Play on the gently sloping lawn, cookout on the sun deck, bask in the fresh mountain air, and fish right over the railing on your private deck. You can also take a stroll from your cabin down the scenic river walk. Cabin is three miles from local shopping and dining in the quaint downtown area of Estes Park, and just five miles from Rocky Mountain National Park.

A deposit of one-night’s rate is required to reserve the cabin.
The full balance of your stay is due upon arrival.
Cancellations made a minimum of 15 days in advance will receive a refund, less a $25 service fee.
A fee of $10 per night per person will be added for additional guests.
For family reunions: one adult over the age of 18 must stay in each cabin.

Loveland Heights Cottages in Estes Park, CO, is made up of 22 private acres along the Big Thompson River. Our quiet, rustic grounds are covered in mature pine and aspen trees that offer their shade in summer and contribute to that “away from it all” atmosphere.
Our oldest cabin was built all the way back in 1898, with the rest being added here and there along the way. We now have one-, two- and three-bedroom rental options starting as low as $115/night — one of the best values you’ll find in the Rocky Mountains.
